Comfortable bed, clean room with a nice shower made our stay enjoyable, and the free wi-fi in our room was an added bonus for planning our day.

The suite in the basement had damp walls and peeling paint!!! Lack of heating in the bedroom was unacceptable, and the inability to close windows fully created an uncomfortable chill. A little attention to maintenance is required!!!

The hotel is a stone's throw from beautiful parks and great walks along the coast, making my weekend city explorations a joy. there are numerous charming restaurants and lively bars just a few steps away for a perfect evening out.

The Super King Double or Twin Room offers a solid amount of space, giving you room to breathe between the walls. The location, set against a backdrop of redeveloped architecture, makes for an interesting environment full of character.

Noise from the busy road and people above can be bothersome, particularly during the night. The room temperature was hard to manage with no air conditioning and windows that didn't fully open. Simple amenities like USB outlets were noticeably absent, making it less convenient to charge devices. Parking free only until midday puts a damper on lunch plans without incurring extra charges as you leave—kind of a hassle if you're on a tight schedule.

I loved being just a few steps away from the stunning Royal William Yard and had a fantastic time taking leisurely strolls to Plymouth Hoe for breathtaking bay views during my stay as a solo traveler, where I enjoyed the modern comforts of my room and appreciated the beautiful area, making it so easy to explore without having to drive anywhere.

I was delighted by the beautifully restored bold Georgian architecture and elegant furnishings. The beds were exceptional, ensuring a restful sleep, while the friendly staff made me feel truly welcomed and attended to my needs with genuine care.

Non-air-conditioned rooms can get uncomfortably warm.

It was just a smart choice for a swift stopover in Plymouth with good value. The breakfast was nice, though service was slow. Consider getting up early for breakfast to avoid waiting.

I enjoyed a lovely breakfast after a good night's sleep. The view from my room was pleasant, and walking along the coastal path was refreshing. I especially liked the dinner at the restaurant. the food surpassed my expectations.

The shower in my room held water, which was inconvenient. I also found the room smaller than I expected for a king size.
